Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using SiteStamp Camera, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Service Description
SiteStamp Camera provides project records, worksite photo capture, watermark generation, photo management, and PDF report export. Photos and reports generated by the app are for recordkeeping, communication, and reference.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that project, client, address, note, and photo content is lawful, accurate, and authorized.
- You should verify whether photos, watermarks, GPS, addresses, and reports meet your business, contract, or regulatory needs.
- You are responsible for backing up important photos and reports. Deleting projects, photos, reports, or the app may make local data unrecoverable.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
SiteStamp Camera may offer monthly, yearly, or lifetime Pro access. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple's rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.
License Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, copy without authorization, sell, rent, transfer, or use the app for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. Location, address lookup, device camera, system sharing, and PDF generation may be affected by device conditions, system permissions, network availability, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that the app or exported content will be error-free or continuously available in all circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
