How do I restore purchases?
If you already purchased Pro access with the current Apple ID, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If restore still fails, confirm that the device is signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions can be changed or canceled in iOS Apple ID subscription settings. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Where are photos and reports stored?
Projects, photos, and reports are stored on the current device by default. Export PDF reports or stamped photos if you need backups.
Why is address or GPS missing?
Make sure location permission is allowed and the device can obtain location data. Indoors, underground areas, weak network conditions, or disabled system location services may make address and GPS unavailable or inaccurate.
How do I delete data?
You can delete projects, photos, and reports in the app. Removing the app usually removes local data unless you exported copies or the system preserved a device backup.
